Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators
Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the images.
Additionally contained in this new image drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying various areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the current oversight release.
